To scam or not to scam, that is the question.

Water is an abundant resource and also a renewable resource when used as a fuel.
Is it a reality to use water as a source for fuel?
Water used in the process of fueling a car or other mechanism helps the environment greatly because water is the by-product of HHO or Brown's Gas, named after the inventor.
I was skeptical about the ability to convert H2O to HHO and burn it an engine.

The best test in life to prove something, is to do your own analysis by trying it, I did.
So the bottom line is, this could be thought of as a scam to some who think selling books about how to convert water to gas for use in an automobile rather than giving a person a ready made kit is a scam.
You get books that explain clearly how to find the parts and even includes a parts lists.
The only thing necessary on your part would be to buy what you need from your local stores and the parts are common.
